5. Safety management measures

(1) Our company handles personal information appropriately based on the personal information management regulations stipulating its acquisition, use, management, provision, etc.
(2) Our company manages the personal data of our customers to keep it accurate and up-to-date, and takes preventive and safety measures such as building an OA system to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc.
(3) Our company has established a personal information handling manager in each department and a general personal information handling manager who is a company-wide manager, and conducts education on personal information management regulations, audits of compliance status, etc., and also handles leakage and other situations.
